Free Shipping Policy
Orders totaling $3,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
Customers located within Ontario also receive free shipping on all orders.
Orders under $3,000 may be subject to a delivery fee of up to $140 or the actual freight cost, depending on your location.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms, including applicable delivery fees, tailgate charges, and inspection requirements at the time of delivery. Failure to note visible damage on the Freight Delivery Receipt may affect your eligibility for an exchange.
Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cash on Delivery is available only for Ontario deliveries by our in-house driver.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted freight carriers chosen for their reliability, competitive rates, and on-time delivery record.
If your delivery location does not have a loading dock, a $60 tailgate fee may be charged.
Receiving Your Shipment
Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully for damage.
If any damage is visible, make sure to note it on the Freight Delivery Receipt before signing.
Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged Item Exchanges
We do not accept returns, but we are happy to replace any damaged products.
Please notify us right away by emailing info@memona.ca with your order details.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the affected items.
Our team will provide instructions and a prepaid return label if an exchange is approved.
Exchange Conditions
Damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Exclusions
We cannot exchange items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. Perishable items are not eligible for exchange.
Tailgate Fee for Returns
If your delivery location does not have a loading dock, a $60 tailgate fee will be added to your invoice. If tailgate service is also required to collect returned items, this fee will be charged to the customer.
Business-to-Business Sales
All sales are intended for resale or commercial use. Our Shipping & Return Policy applies only to business customers.
